Job Responsibilities

Digital Marketing and Content Creation:

• Design and execute digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reach.
• Create engaging social media content, maintain content calendars, and ensure timely publication of high-quality content.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.
• Provide insights into market dynamics, opportunities, and threats to guide strategic decisions.

Business Development and Client Engagement:

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new project opportunities aligned with company goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, and stakeholders under managerial guidance.
• Assist in preparing project proposals, Expressions of Interest (EOIs), and client presentations.

Collaboration and Strategic Planning:

• Work closely with technical teams to align marketing and business development efforts.
• Support creating business plans, business models, and scope of work.

Operational Excellence:

• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned to support organizational goals.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements

Preferred: The applicants should have 1-2 years of professional experience in Business Development or a related role.
Freshers are encouraged to apply if they demonstrate the required skills and potential.

Job Requirements

As a Business Development Associate, we are looking for the below-mentioned skills and qualifications:

• Ability to identify and act on trends to unlock potential growth areas.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with SEO tools or analytics platforms.
• Strong organization and project management skills focusing on attention to detail will be a plus.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other online campaign tools to measure and enhance digital marketing performance will be a plus.
• A basic understanding of managing and optimizing campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram will be a plus.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating visually appealing content will be a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, particularly in English.
• Analytical mindset with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability, agility, and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
• Demonstrated competency in business growth and development.
• Strong self-control, pursuit of excellence, effective self-compression, self-motivation.

Job Responsibilities

• Enhance and improve the design of our existing websites and platforms.
• Design high-quality marketing content to showcase our software products and brand’s presence.
• Utilize AI tools to generate unique, creative, and visually compelling designs and graphics.
• Develop professional print materials, such as brochures and flyers.
• Create UI mockups that translate seamlessly into responsive HTML/CSS.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.

• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to understand project goals and develop video content that supports the overall strategy.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or equivalent (Preferred but not mandatory if skills are exceptional).

Experience Requirements

The applicants should have 2-3 years of experience in Graphic design, Multimedia content or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing their work.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Proficiency in video material creation or editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Strong graphic design skills.
• Strong understanding of color grading, sound editing, and video formats.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Knowledge of Git for collaborative development will be a plus.
• Strong creative vision and the ability to generate innovative design ideas.
